This is the film I chose to see this year based soley on the picture in the preview guide. Bit of a gamble, but it payed off this time. This animated film is re-telling of the story of Ramayana from the point of view of three bickering shadow puppets. Blending various forms of animation, the story of Ramayana winds in and out of the lives of a modern couple. Simple great beautiful film.
Missed this when it played at a festival near me, wish I didn’t.
