Catching up on some Haneke eh? I watched this at some point last year because it was so highly spoken of an I really like some bits (the opening sequence with the still camera, the mystery of the tapes) but the entire sequence with the farm was a bit strange.
At some point I think it may be worth revisiting, especially after seeing “Funny Games”. Maybe I’ll take more from it then.
I am really starting to DIG Haneke. I love dark twisted weird films. Cache isn’t nearly as cool as Funny Games, but Its confirmed that I have to hunt down all movies Haneke has made.
I saw the trailer for “Funny Games” again today. Oh my. The more I see it, the more I want to see the film! I can’t wait!
